Exercise Bands (Singles)
Incline Fit presents to you our single exercise bands, also known as resistance bands, resistance cords or fitness tubes. These single resistance bands include two soft-grip foam handles, one door anchor, a carrying bag and an exercise book with some of our favorite resistance band exercises. One thing that makes our bands special is that multiple bands could be used simultaneously to create custom strengths. Simply connect multiple bands to the handle(s) and start sweating! Exercise band exercises are used to get lean, gain muscle, lose fat, physical therapy, P90x, resistance bands for legs, Pilates and even crossfit workouts.
